A list of panel discussions on Eritrea and two panels on non-Eritrean issues
(that will be presented by two Eritreans) is hereby posted in dehai from
the African Studies Association webpage (see U of Penn W-3).
Each session on Eritrea is about two hours long; some sessions, entertain
more than one presenter.
This year's sessions sound like they're going to be quite interesting;
it's worth-spending the weekend, if you can, in Columbus Ohio (Nov 13-16).
The conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency at Greater Columbus Convention
Center, 350 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Tel: (614) 463-1234,
fax: (614) 280-3046, web: www.hyatt.com.
Of course, other than those on Eritrea, there're a host of other
sessions on a multitude of topics. Check ASA webpage (use "african studies
association" as a keyword to search and access the webpage).
