How fascinating that Rahel is tracing back her painful past by using filming
as a road to healing. Her story indicates the machiavelian resort to
marriage in the history of the royals that in a way affected the lives of
many and "resolved" rivalries among the aristocracy. How sad that the
flames of the Ethiopian revolution engulfed innocent teenagers simply
because they belonged to the royal family! I believe Rahel is a
courageous woman who has decided to deal with her past, instead of
evading it. How many of us still live in the past and gnash our teeth in
bitterness and anger?

PS - Biniam, thanks for the series on the Russian too. I've yet to read
the entire story, which I've saved for an opportune time.
