I had reden Hiwet Adhanom interview by NETSEBRAQ ERITREA MAGAZINE#4/97
Who can political difference is a crime?
As she answered (Hiwet) she and two of her kids age 9 and 7 went to
Eritrea to visit family and home land Eritrea arived Asmera may 1997.
She arrested after 10 day ,and hold in jail for 13 days with out seen
her kids and family fainaly with the help of US embacy in Eritrea
Donald Yamamato and Seneter from Indiana Luger contacted and Questioned
Presedent Issayas and realese.
As she answered why this hapen to her is members of the PFDJ from which
I live INDIANA and from DC Eritrean embacy reported her as she is one
of the oppostion party ELF SAGEM and asked her (told her)
1 You are member of the oppostion pary ELF - Answered yes
2 You oppose the change of the flag? - Answered yes
3 You oppose the new Awerajatat set up? - Ansered no but diferent way
4 you and your organization are ready for war with us Answer I did not
know about this
5 what is your party aim now Answer for free democratic gaverment in
Eritrea

it is sad specaly for the kids age 9 and 7 and her family .
I hope Michael is not going to say it is Hiwets fault like he said on
Rute case.
