Our Ghidewon Asmerom Abay has just received his 'tenure'
at the Commonwealth University of Virginia. I am sure we all
understand, but more so those who are employed in the academic areas
how gruelling of an experience it is can be to go through the tenure
process.
I have no dout that you will all join me in congratulating
this brother of ours, a rising star in his field of mathematics
in general, & the specialty called 'topology' in particular.
Quiete often we talk about role models for our younger
generations...well, we just got one, haven't we?
