A child got so sick that his mother, after visiting every doctor in town,
decided to consult a "Tenqualit", (a witch). The witch took one look at
the baby and told the mother to hang a picture of a very ugly person by
the child's bed side. The mother brought (who else) Mengistu's picture
and did just what she was told. Unfortunately for the kid, he died a few
minutes later. The grieving and infuriated mother confronts the witch and
demands an explanation. The witch replies: it is true that i said you
should get a picture of an ugly person, but i never said you should
overdose the child.
