I got a similar drunk joke. Enjoy.
One day, Hagos the drunk came home drunk more than usual. Leaning on his door,
he went in to his pocket and reached for his key so that he can unlock his
door. He stood there fidgeting with the door knob for what seems to be an
eternity, but the door would not budge. Frustrated, Hagos started to curse and
kick the uncooperating door to see if he can put some sense into it. Instead
all the ranting an raving woke Bashay the neighbor up from his deep sleep.
Bashay came out of his house and found Hagos still struggling try to aim at
the key slot. " What is going on?" asked Bashai and Hagos replied stammering "
I am trying to open this door, Bashai" Then Bashai asked "Did you realize what
you have in your hand is a cigarette not a key?" Hagos raised his hand and
looked at it very hard and then he said " I will be damned! I must have smoked
the key then!"
