Thanks for bringing up such interesting topic .

establishing and running the desired industries". A lot of African countrys have treid this
way, but they have failed to take the next step: " The aim of the government
should of course be to gradually replace the foreigners by nationals and to
transfer the ownership to the private sector by selling stocks". So the challenge for Eritrea
is to combine foreigner professionals and own people. Since very few Eritrean abroad
are willing to go back home . The only choice for the government is to send people
abroad like is doing until now to get more knowledge and of course to strength technicall
education back home.
