Yonas, I think this suggestions warrents some real consideration among
Dehaiers in the USA and other places outside Eritrea. My question
concerns finding the proper industry to invest in (or to start-up in case
some one is returning.
I think identification of a business to fund is a crucial aspect to
obtaining the funds through a subscription offering of shares on Dehai.
My former fantasy was to obtain a Kodak (or other brand) computer
printing machine that takes a disk in one end and produces a stapled
phamphlet at the other. This would produce anything from small
texts for schools to anything else you can imagine useful. I am not sure
of the cost of such a machine. Fifty thousand $US was mentioned a couple
years ago.
I think this sort of thread is far more useful to Eritrea than the
threads on language, religion, etc., that have gone around recently.
