Selam Dehai
(and I really mean peace to you)
I have to object to the vow of silence, and sabbaticals, be it
metaphorical or actual. That is cheating! When I was a kid,
in Catholic school I always thought nuns were cheating. Yeah
it is easy to abide by the dogma of the Church and the laws of
God in a private community, but I thought the real test of your
faith was to live outside the safety of your seclusion and live
your faith in the face of obstacle, and "temptation." I must
say it would be cheating folks to vow silence on Dehai. Just
test the real strength of your faith in yourself and this
medium by exercising self control and respect. Anyway I really
like some of you all and I might even miss you.
