Selam Leone,

I agree with you that we humans are a sum of our experiences..
and thus cloning would just give us a duplicate of our body..and
not mind..that is a good point..but then you stated that identical
twins are exposed to the same environmental conditions yet end
up the differntly...

--I guess i am trying to point out that comparing identical twins
to cloned individuals and making predictions is slightly on the
dangerous side..

-Identical twins are not "genetically identical"...in other words,
They are the closest as we can get to being identical.
You see the birth of identical twins is subject to the laws of
nature and nature tends to maximize variablities..in other
words, if i was to map the gene sequences of two identical twins,
and compare them, the results would be very close but not
identical..meaning there wouldn't be 100% genetic compatibility...
ANd the few percentage of incompatibility seen amongst twins
is capable of explaining the differences observed in identical
twins subjected to the same environmental condtions.

Thus looking at identical twins and predicting the outcome
of cloned individuals is probably not too accurate..

Notice that i am just hypothesizing and thus i haven't
quoted any factual information...this is just an
opinion..

V.K.
