We are largely the sum total of all our experiences, our impressions and
attitudes towards those experiences. Identical twins go through the exact
same situations and yet end up as different people. All cloning would do
would be to give the duplication of the body and not of the mind which is
what makes a person a person. The man mentioned above would get a person
that looked like his son and may even have many of the same tendencies but
could never be the same person.
