Second round Tavern-revisit:
******************
(tka = To Kill A = tequilla) KFLU:-
With a hard lobbying in Fredonia, we have been able to put this brand back on
the menu. We can't have enough of it. It is going to be the death of us.
AZ:- No more available. Licence withdrawn. Little did we know that
the owners could perform a Houdini trick. "ezi do zeyzi"?
Sal AA Younis :- Nothing about this brand is home-grown. A standard
material for an avalanche of cocktails. Too much AA,
you end up crying A!A! as AAs do.
Negga:- A short of "neggadras". Not "wegiHulu" as some thought.
Besides, it is an anagram of "wegI Hulu" meaning
"well-mannered". Nah... Maybe well-manured. Earthy
taste. Enjoy it, but for heavens sake, don't act like
a constipated Dalmatian.
Kifle Hamde:- One of the benign variety in the category of "Bloody
Mary." It is on the house in case you didn't know.
Al "Hamde" lillah!
Tseggai:- I, Ato T. Sgai-sgaKa, do solemnly ...Oh, wrong brand.
Omar Kekia:- A brand always "there" without being "there" (too 1984?).
Probably for customers "on the sly." Appretiated, btw.
Daniel Haile:- A brand from Borlange ( pronounced "borlansch"). Not quite
a Bordeaux, but close enough. Now in oblivion.
Yoni:- One of the well-known, precious brands the house had. Lately,
some of the customers commented on the trade mark. But what
can the owners do? It is just like that planned hotel in Asmara.
(They had no idea that "Rehab" was a short of rehabilitation).
Kaleb P:- A brand from Sweden. Brewed from open-air roasted linseed.
Need we say more? suitable with a John Woo movie. Too Woo.
Araya Debessay ( 1900 A.D.):- One of the noble brands the Tavern can offer.
A suitable After Dinner beverage.
Embae F. A heavy-duty brand imported from a beautiful little town
called Lund (unlike the 150 deep-freezed brands from
Sweden). Served on the rocks. Check out the workshop hrs.
John T. Tesfazghi:- An Alaskan brand we lately had in deadly doses.
Now back with a vengeance. The T stands for
"troubleshooting."
"To be able to joke on oneself is a blessing most of us lack" B.G.
